Wait for the announcement
The server announces the active draw and warns when coupon sales are about to close.

Prepare the ticket currency
Keep enough Zen, Goblin Points or Ruud for the event you want to enter.

Enter the correct command
Raffle needs no numbers. Lotto needs six unique numbers. HitOrder needs a unique ten-number sequence.

Wait for the draw
Winning coupons and drawn numbers are announced globally. Item rewards are sent to Gremory Case.

Raffle

The server creates your coupon automatically. Up to 10 coupons per player; 500 coupons available globally.
Lotto Example
/lotto 1 7 12 23 34 49
Choose exactly 6 unique numbers from 1 to 49. Order does not matter. Up to 5 coupons per player; 1000 globally.
HitOrder Example
/hitorder 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10
Arrange all 10 unique numbers from 1 to 10. Position matters. Up to 3 coupons per player; 500 globally.
Coupon uniqueness: Lotto combinations and HitOrder sequences cannot be sold twice. If another player already owns the same coupon, select a different combination or order.
How Winners Are Decided
Random ticket, number matches or exact positions

Common questions before buying a coupon
Can I buy coupons at any time?
No. Commands work only while the corresponding event's coupon sales are active.
Does number order matter in Lotto?
No. Lotto compares the six selected numbers as a set. Only the number of matches determines your tier.
Does number order matter in HitOrder?
Yes. A number counts only when it appears in the correct position of the drawn sequence.
Can I repeat a number on one coupon?
No. Lotto and HitOrder require every number on the coupon to be unique.
Why was my coupon rejected?
Check the active event, currency balance, per-player limit, global coupon supply, number range, number count, repeated numbers and whether another player already owns the same combination.
Do random jewel pools give every listed jewel?
No. Level 1 and Level 2 select one jewel type with a 20% chance each, then issue the configured stack of 10 or 20. Jackpot jewel bundles give all five types together.
What happens if nobody reaches a reward threshold?
The server announces that there are no winners. Coupons below the configured reward threshold receive nothing.
Where should I look after winning?
Open the character Gremory Case for items, then check the Ruud and account coin balances for direct currency rewards.
