Server Rules

1.1. The server is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

1.2. The Administration reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time.

1.3. The Administration may update these Terms without prior notice. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of changes.

1.4. The Administration has full authority to enforce rules and apply penalties at its sole discretion.

1.5. All decisions made by the Administration are final.

2.1. The server is available globally (Europe, North America, South America, and Asia).

2.2. Players are responsible for complying with their local laws.

2.3. The Administration is not responsible for any legal restrictions applicable in the player’s country.

3.1. Users are fully responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts.

3.2. Account sharing is done at the player’s own risk.

3.3. The Administration is not responsible for lost, stolen, or compromised accounts.

4.1. All accounts, characters, items, and in-game currency are the property of ligamu.pro.

4.2. Players are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use in-game content.

4.3. The Administration reserves the right to modify, remove, or reset any in-game assets at any time without compensation.

5.1. All payments made to ligamu.pro are considered voluntary donations.

5.2. In return, players may receive virtual bonus items or benefits as a gesture of appreciation.

5.3. Donations are non-refundable under any circumstances.

5.4. Chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraud attempts will result in:

• immediate permanent ban
• possible restriction of access to all services

5.5. Virtual items obtained through donations remain the property of the server (see Section 4).

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• excessive profanity
• insults or abusive behavior toward other players

• any threats involving real-world harm or violence

• racism
• religious discrimination
• nationality-based insults
• any form of hate speech

• selling or buying accounts
• selling in-game items or currency for real money
• any third-party transactions

• scams or deception
• exploiting bugs or game mechanics
• using cheats, bots, or unauthorized software

• trolling
• spam
• intentional disruption of gameplay

For standard violations:

• 1st violation — 3-hour ban
• 2nd violation — 3-day ban
• 3rd violation — Permanent ban

The following may result in immediate permanent ban without warning:

• real-life threats
• hate speech or discrimination
• real money trading (RMT)
• hacking or server attacks
• chargebacks or payment fraud
• use of cheats or exploits

9.1. Creating alternate accounts to bypass penalties is prohibited.

9.2. All related accounts will be permanently banned.

9.3. Additional restrictions may be applied.

10.1. Players must communicate respectfully with staff.

10.2. Public disputes of administrative decisions are not allowed.

10.3. Harassment of staff may result in immediate penalties.

11.1. The Administration is not liable for:

• data loss
• service interruptions
• in-game losses

11.2. The service is provided without guarantees of uptime or availability.

12.1. The Administration reserves the right to:

• suspend or terminate any account
• wipe characters or items
• restrict access without explanation

By using ligamu.pro, you confirm that:

• you understand and accept these Terms
• you agree that all virtual assets belong to the server
• you accept that donations are voluntary and non-refundable
