EXP System

LigaMU PRO uses a progressive Dynamic Experience system.

LigaMU PRO • Dynamic Experience • 200 Reset Progression

START AT x50.
PROGRESS TO x10.
EVERY RESET MATTERS.

LigaMU PRO uses a reset-based Dynamic EXP curve. Your online base rate is x50.0 at 0-5 resets, then decreases at every reset from 6 through 200, reaching x10.0 at 200 resets. Normal, Master and Majestic EXP use the same reset curve.

How Dynamic EXP Works

Your current reset selects your base rate

01
Check your resets
The server selects the range containing your current reset count. Resets 0 through 5 share x50.0; reset 6 begins the individual steps.
02
Use the same curve at every stage
Normal, Master and Majestic base multipliers are identical at a given reset. The selected rate covers the full configured character-level range.
03
Apply VIP and active EXP bonuses
VIP increases your current Dynamic EXP by a percentage. Event and map components, party sharing, premium items and other active character bonuses also affect the amount received.
Base EXP is a multiplier, not a fixed monster reward. Two characters with the same reset rate can still receive different EXP because their levels, targets, party conditions and active bonuses differ.
VIP + Dynamic EXP

VIP scales with your current EXP

VIP increases the Dynamic EXP assigned to your current reset by a percentage: Bronze +10%, Silver +15%, Gold +25% and Platinum +50%. The same VIP percentages apply to Normal, Master and Majestic progression. Your effective rate is recalculated as your base Dynamic EXP changes.

VIP EXP = Dynamic EXP × (1 + VIP Bonus / 100)
StatusEXP BonusReset 0-5Reset 78Reset 200
Regular0%x50.00x35.00x10.00
Bronze+10%x55.00x38.50x11.00
Silver+15%x57.50x40.25x11.50
Gold+25%x62.50x43.75x12.50
Platinum+50%x75.00x52.50x15.00

The examples show online Dynamic EXP after the VIP percentage is applied. Day and night rules use the same VIP EXP percentages. Additional map, event, party and premium effects are calculated separately.

Platinum always increases your current Dynamic EXP by 50%:x50 → x75, x35 → x52.5 and x10 → x15. The percentage stays the same as you progress through resets.

Party Experience

Stay close and build a mixed-class party

Party EXP range is 9 tiles. A special set-party coefficient applies when the party contains at least three different classes. There is no configured party level-gap restriction.

Party membersRegular coefficientSet-party coefficient
11.0—
22.1Not eligible: fewer than 3 classes
33.33.4
44.44.6
55.55.8
These are coefficients used in the party EXP formula, not a guaranteed personal xEXP rate for every member. The server also accounts for levels, damage contribution and nearby party members.
Map & Event Components

Your hunting location and the calendar also matter

Kalima 1-7
+2.0 to the rate
The map component is 2.0 for Normal, Master and Majestic EXP. At reset 78, x35.0 becomes x37.0 before other bonuses.
Classic Doppelganger Maps
+2.0 to the rate
The Snow, Volcan, Sea and Crystals maps have the same additive map component. Other maps currently have zero configured map EXP bonus.
Weekend Bonus Event
Configured x1.15
Saturday and Sunday, 00:00-23:59 server time. The configured +15% event setting applies to all three EXP stages and enters the server's event EXP calculation.

The map value 2.0 is added in multiplier units; it is not a 200% multiplier on the entire result. Additional event buffs and character effects have their own rules.

Premium EXP Items

Premium bonuses have an additional tier

The premium EXP percentage selects an additional bonus tier. This premium calculation is applied after the EXP components described above. Item compatibility and normal buff-stacking rules still determine which premium effects can be active together.

Example: a +50% premium increase with the 10% tier produces 1,000 × 1.50 × 1.10 = 1,650 EXP. The tier is part of premium-item processing; it is not an automatic free bonus for every character.
Offline Leveling

Offline EXP has separate adjustments

The matrix above describes the online Normal, Master and Majestic base rate. Offline Leveling also uses a reset-dependent OffLevelExp adjustment and a VIP offline setting. The adjustment is configured as 50.0 at resets 0-5, 35.0 at reset 78 and 10.0 at reset 200.

Reset-dependent offline adjustment
Every reset range contains its own offline value. This is a separate EXP adjustment, not a standalone final offline rate.
VIP offline setting
All four VIP tiers have an offline setting of 1.0 in both day and night rules. The final offline gain also depends on the applicable offline-system rules.

For activation, duration and hunting restrictions, see the Offline Leveling Guide.

Level & Reset Rules

Regular resets preserve Master levels

400 + 1,400
Normal level cap: 400. Master level cap: 1,400. Maximum configured total: 1,800. Class advancement requirements still apply.
Level 400
An ordinary reset requires Normal level 400. After resetting, Normal level becomes 1 and the existing Master level is preserved.
10 Per Day
Up to 10 ordinary resets are configured per day. The current in-game and web reset limits are both 200.
Quick FAQ

Common EXP questions

When does base EXP start decreasing?
After reset 5. Resets 0-5 use x50.0, reset 6 uses x49.8, and each subsequent reset has its own rate.
What is the base EXP at 78 resets?
x35.0 for Normal, Master and Majestic EXP. Platinum VIP increases it by 50%, producing x52.50 before other bonuses.
Does Platinum multiply my base rate by 1.50?
Yes. Platinum gives +50% to your current Dynamic EXP: x50 becomes x75, x35 becomes x52.5 and x10 becomes x15.
Does VIP give a fixed xEXP rate?
No. VIP applies a percentage to the Dynamic EXP assigned to your current reset. The bonus percentage stays the same while the resulting xEXP rate changes with your progression.
Why does high-level progression take longer even at the same reset?
The reset multiplier and the EXP required for the next level are different parts of progression. Higher levels require more EXP, and targets, party sharing and applicable monster penalties can also change the amount gained.
Can a low-level character join a higher-level party?
There is no configured party level-gap limit. Stay on the same map and within the 9-tile EXP range; the actual reward is still calculated using the party's EXP rules.
Are quests multiplied by the same reset table?
Quest EXP has its own configured x1.0 setting. The reset matrix on this page describes monster EXP progression.
Is the online matrix also my guaranteed offline rate?
No. Offline Leveling has separate reset-dependent and VIP offline EXP settings. Use the matrix for the online base rate.
Leveling Strategy
Check your reset rate, choose monsters suitable for your level and damage, keep a mixed-class party close together and plan around active event and premium bonuses. Compare the same target and conditions when checking changes in your EXP gain.
